Our current Manager of the Manufacturing & Support function has decided to retire, why we need a replacement. For the right candidate, this is your chance to take over a function and receive training for a few months by the current Manager

Manufacturing & Engineering Support is part of the Manufacturing & Engineering Department consisting additionally of a Project department and a Project Management Office counting in total 37 colleagues. You as a manager will have reference to the Senior Manager heading Manufacturing & Engineering.

As Manager of Manufacturing & Engineering Support, you will engage and motivate your team to give a high quality support 24/7 to all our manufacturing sites in Vejle, DK. Always with the aim of delivering high quality products in time and in full. Besides of the purely operational support, you and your team additionally supports minor improvements in the production sites or in our manufacturing systems. The team will consist of 15 employees counting both back-office specialists Cleaning specialists, Process Specialists, Technical Specialists and front-office coordinators (24/7).

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of production support 24/7 to both pharmaceutical and non-pharma production sites

• You engage and motivate employees in your department and creates an inspiring working environment to make your team perform the best

• Take the lead to continuously improve our ways of working to make tomorrow even more efficient and effective

• Close collaboration with quality, production, and maintenance departments to ensure that we identifies and finds the best solutions to manufacturing issues

• Hands-on or very close collaboration with your specialists on important cases

• Facilitate performance management meetings daily with your team and participation of colleagues from the Quality department

• Continuously development of you team to handle production support of new technologies or products

You have a relevant scientific education and a proven record of accomplishment from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. You are a strong communicator, a good listener and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many different stakeholders. You are business driven and highly motivated by never knowing what tomorrow brings and as a person, you are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that a solution is found today and not tomorrow.
