About the department
Utility is a team in the Aseptic Support Department and is responsible for the supply of all clean utilities, e.g. sterile water, steam and ventilation, to the aseptic production facility in Bagsværd. The current position will focus on supply of clean utility.
The team comprises 15 highly skilled and experienced colleagues, who will gladly help and train you in the new job. The daily tasks will cover production support and project activities within areas such as aseptic production, repair and maintenance, project and change request documentation and deviations handling.
The position
As a Clean Utility supporter, you will join our team and take on responsibility and tasks in both the technical and process part of the Clean Utility system. Your primary tasks will be optimization, improvements and problem solving as well as securing that our production facility is always ready and compliant to produce according to the cGMP requirements which are standard in pharmaceutical production.
Involvement in both production and projects means that there will be a huge variation in the job tasks and that flexibility is a necessary skill in order to succeed. In addition to this you need to be motivated to drive processes and improvements across the organisation. Collaboration with colleagues in other departments across the factory, e.g. QA and Production, will be part of the job, and a prerequisite in this is that you are fluent in Danish. You will also be the contact to and handle coordination with external consultants working on improvements and projects within the Clean Utility system.
When working in the pharmaceutical industry, documentation is an important task. Documentation will therefore be a big part of your daily work, meaning that you will write standard operation procedures, perform validations and document changes and deviations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a new Clean Utility Supporter who have a solid technical understanding and an educational background within a technical area and hold a relevant engineering degree or similar. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in operation or production and preferably solid experience from working with Clean Utility Systems in a GMP regulated company.
You should have a natural interest and experience in technical equipment and Clean Utility systems. You will need to be able to work on several tasks in a dynamic and changing environment and take necessary decisions without compromising product quality.
On a personal level, you are structured with a quality mindset in everything you do. You thrive in a role where you follow routines based on well-proven solutions to ensure good and stable operation, but also dare to think differently and contribute with suggestions and ideas for improvements on our journey towards digitalisation and Industry 4.0.
Previous experience from cGMP and pharmaceutical production will be considered an advantage.
