The new insulin filling factory in Hillerød has just been approved for production and now it is time to adjust the processes with simplicity in focus. The work in this new insulin facility has a high degree of complexity with lots of cross organizational cooperation.
About the department
The Environmental Monitoring (EM) department is a dynamic department consisting of 26 competent people and is characterised by a high level of professionalism, flexibility and cooperation. The department is divided into 2 teams: Operators and Support. We are responsible for driving all environmental monitoring activities, including cleaning, gowning and monitoring CU. The team has a “can do” spirit and have a strong collaborative mindset.
The job
You will be part of EM Support team of 8 employees and together with the rest of the team you will on one hand be responsible for keeping the facility in environmental control through sampling, trend monitoring and deviation handling while improving the processes continuously through problem solving and other initiatives.The team works closely together with other areas in the facility (Utility, Wash & Sterilization and Filling) and QC-laboratories and therefor a very important task is to provide operational environmental support to other areas in the facility. You will be expected to have a close collaboration with other academics, skilled workers and operators.

As a person you enjoy communicating with other people about your field of expertise. You have a structured mind-set and can work independet. You always have a curious mindset towards learning new areas and gaining new competences. You are flexible, dynamic and innovative. You must thrive in an environment where ongoing changes are a part of our business’ development. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar. You might have experience with aseptic production and support. You are expected to understand and write English since this is the corporate language.
