About the department
In BIONHAPI, we manufacture many of the Novo Nordisk quality products that are used to treat heamophilia. We work with the latest Biopharm products, and play an impoartant part in the effort to improve the lives of people living with heamophilia. In the department for technical support, we are about 55 dedicated colleagues divided in four teams responsible for production equipment and utilities, IT and automation, environment plus maintenance and calibration.

The primary task for the department is to ensure that our two production facilities, the manufacturing equipment, utilities and IT-systems are in a validated state and ready to handle the needs of the production.

Collaboration, Shop Floor, curiosity, data and knowldge sharing are all key words that describe our way of working. We share the principle never to pass on a defect, we take responsibility and solve issues to the root cause, so that we can implement the right corrective and preventive actions.

The position
As our new equipment responsible supporter, you will be a defining part of the effort to ensure that we are always in compliance with regulatory demands, quality standards and GMP, CE-approvals and current SOPs. In this role, you will be driving the handling of issues and events independantly, while maintaining a close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to continue a flawless and stabile production.

One of your primary tasks will be to perform systematic data analysis of our producion and utility equipment, in order to troubleshoot, optimise performance and ensure stabile opreration.

Besides the technical responsibility, the job will also present tasks like defining specifications, procurement, qualifications, handling of service agreements and participation in various projects. Qualifications
In our team handling production equipment and utilities, we need an experienced equipment responsible with a solid technical background and a strong motivation for daily operation, systematic problem solving, data analysis, LEAN and GMP.

You are probably an engineer, ’maskinmester’ or similar. You may not have the longest track record, but your interests and curiosity drives you towards learning all there is to know about the operation of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. You have some experience in operation, maintenance and qualification of equipment in a GMP-regulated environment, and your structured approach together with your high level of energy helps you deliver strong results within sometimes tight deadlines.

While great at working independantly, you are curious and investigative, always looking to learn a trick or two from experienced operators, programmers or technicians. You communicate with ease across cultural and professional distances, which will probably be a major contributor to your success here. You are open-minded, humorous and flexible, and we will instantly know that you are able to energise and inspire your surroundings.

You speak, read and write Danish fluently, and you have command of English verbally as well as in writing.
