Maersk are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivatedstudent assisatnt to work within our Vessel Optimization Teams.
In this busy and challenging role support day to day operational tasks within a Technical Team Environment.

As a student assistant you will be supporting day-to-day operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will be:
• Support recruitment and On-boarding new resources with necessary accesses and equipment
• Assist in preparing materials for the project management practice
• Managing travel expense reporting for your colleagues
• Supporting in other various ad-hoc tasks such as Visa applications, team tracker sheets, organizational changes
• Calculating vendor cost allocations and reporting to Finance
• Creating various variance analyses to keep managers updated on project spend for both internal and external resources
• Helping with resourcing plan tracking and overview
• Organizing yearly team and departmental events
You study a related-field such as business or IT management.
You have a high level of self-confidence, integrity and drive, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities. An interest in project management is an advantage.
You are approachable, service-minded and willing to follow up quickly with the project managers to make sure their needs receive the right attention. You want to help project managers achieve their goals.
You are structured in your handling of data, and conscientious about the quality of the data you produce since others depend on it for their own work. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
You communicate clearly in emails and verbally and fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Danish is not required.
