How you might spend your days
As Director of Process Automation, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- Guide and set direction for the Process Automation area in close collaboration with a motivated management team consisting of 2 department managers and a management supporter
- Coach a team of highly engaged key technical specialists and Project Managers reporting directly to you
- Be overall responsible for 130 highly skilled and enthusiastic automation engineers located in Denmark and in India
- Be a Process Automation stakeholder in VP area leadership team consisting of Vice President and 5 fellow directors
- Translate overall NNE strategy into goals for Process Automation and drive performance
- Lead and ensure competence development within Process Automation
- Work with Project Managers to assure resources and competences on projects
- Cooperate and give input to our departments for Sales and Front-End studies
- Collaborate closely with our office in India where an increasing amount of the engineering is done

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- An educational background as engineer or similar
- A proven history within leadership/management, eventually as Project Manager
- Min. 10 years of experience within automation domain
- Practical knowledge of Process Control Systems is mandatory (Sattline, 800xA, DeltaV and PCS7)
- Experience in automation projects in production environments
