We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join one of our application engineering teams where you get to specify and design new features for our products. In doing so you will be working closely together in distributed SCRUM teams with our talented engineers in Spain, Poland, and Denmark.

As a Product Owner your role is to gather requirement from our strategy & product management team, customers and partners. Together with your colleagues in engineering you will discover and deliver exciting new capabilities for our products and services. You job is to make sure we build the next wave of business value generating, and innovative solutions to our customers.

About the role
As a Product Owner your role is to gather requirement from our strategy & product management team, customers and partners. You job is to make sure we build the next wave of business value generating, and innovative solutions to our customers.
Job responsibilities
- Work with customers, business, design, engineering, and product teams to create transformational IGA experiences for our customers
- Liaise between Product Management and the Development team and convert the business requirements into specifications required for development
- Drive an agile product lifecycle of the SCRUM team: drive discovery of new solutions, user story build-out, prioritization and minimal adorable product assessment,
- Synthesize requirements into user stories to align with underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and drive efforts to meet demanding timelines,
- Clarify, prioritize, and drive commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability,
- Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefits,
- Effectively manage market expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer, business, and technology needs.
- Coordinate with other Products Owners and Development teams
Qualifications

We expect of you:
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Product Owner, Product or Program Manager within a technology environment, with a successful record of delivering complex software systems or services,
- Business/Process Analyst experience a plus,
- Previous knowledge of the Cyber Security domain is a plus,
- Understanding the role of identity in an organization – and maybe even the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain – is a strong plus,
- Familiarity with SaaS services and continuous delivery,
- Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters, problem solving skills is a must,
- Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership,
- Comprehensive understanding of software processes (from specifications to testing and deployment) is critical in this role.
