Product Manager - PropTech

Coor is now hiring a Product Manager specialised in PropTech-solutions working on areas such as smart drones, digital twins, energy management systems and advanced sensor applications.

This role
The role will be part of the Coor Group Service Development Team with the responsibility to develop, drive and implement a portfolio of new innovative PropTech-solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, our partners as well as our customers. You will own the complete process from developing and managing your product portfolio of new innovative solutions, to supporting the Nordic organization on a technical and commercial level.

This is an opportunity to work with the latest technologies within PropTech and the data it generates, while becoming the dedicated expert and spokesperson within Coor’s Nordic organisation. In this role you work closely with dedicated internal teams of experts within construction, energy management, security, building management as well as marketing-, legal- and sales-functions

Our candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in technology who has proven experience from technical product management with a focus on commercialisation and go-to-market. It’s beneficial if you also have experience from energy management or equivalent, with an interest to build deep knowledge based on data generated from IoT-solutions.

It is key that you have a commercial and business mindset as you will support our internal business stakeholders in creating business opportunities, scaling up our new area of businesses. You have a strong drive and you’re able to set and execute plans independently.

As the role is Nordic, there will be some traveling to the Nordic countries. It’s essential that you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages in addition to English. The role can be based in either of our Nordic main offices in Sweden (Stockholm/Kista or Gothenburg), Denmark (Copenhagen/Herlev) or Norway, (Oslo/Lysaker).
