The offer
It's an exciting Senior Leader position in the Application Maintenance division in a Global bank, managing daily operations for the Payments and Cash area in Business Banking. You will be leading the global Technology Service for your area, working with innovative technologies and concepts across the bank, enabling a future core competitive environment. The bank is well on its digitalization journey, and the leader we are looking for will help push towards a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approach.
As the Senior Leader, you will be expected to indirectly lead a team of highly skilled Technology Service lead’s in the Nordic / Poland, setting the direction, leading by values and ensuring we reach our strategic goals, enabled by coaching and motivation of your colleagues. You will, as part of this role, be expected to travel to Poland at least once a month for a few days.
What you’ll be doing:
The role is based in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Poland And Norway. We welcome you to an experienced team of leaders, that together work on re-defining banking in Financial Markets.
