The impact you will have
As a Product Specialist, you are to actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients. You will do so by offering them the best solutions, impacting both health and financial outcomes. By providing recommendations and education around Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you will contribute to supporting increased quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.
As the Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
You will be given a central role that holds a broad range of responsibility, where you will be working cooperatively with the rest of the team. Continuously seeking to expand knowledge of our solutions and comprehending customer requirements. Also, making appropriate recommendations/briefings, and working towards the goal, that our customers perceive Arjo as a preferred partner.

It is important that you are thrive in a very independent environment with colleagues across multiple geographies. You are probably living within the district (Sealand) and enjoy the possibilities that comes with being both homebased and at our Danish office is in Lynge and the Nordic HQ in Malmø.

As a Product Specialist, you are to actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients. You will do so by offering them the best solutions, impacting both health and financial outcomes. By providing recommendations and education around Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you will contribute to supporting increased quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.
As the Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for East Denmark (Sealand)
- Drive and develop sale in dedicated district and contribute to the sales support on a national level when needed
- Map customer base in the district for patient handling, Hygiene and other mobility related solutions and plan customer visits accordingly to market and sell products
- Build and maintain long term relations with current and future customers at all necessary function levels
- Pre-tender monitoring and proactively work to influence customers and KOLs
- Contribute with input and to tender work headed by Nordic Bid Manager
- Responsible for tender presentation on customer sites pre- and post-tender agreements
- Follow up on sales activities and quotes and work proactively prior to tenders
- Actively seek to integrate our various solutions and expand our presence with customers
- Plan and execute clinical trainings and practical application for customers

- A relevant educational background
- Minimum a few years of relevant experience
- A positive and engaging attitude, independent with a strong drive
- A team player with leadership skills
- Customer centric and understand the value of customer relationship management (CRM)
- A great ambassador for Arjo towards customers and colleagues
- You speak and write Danish and English
