Key responsibilities

As PMO you will work directly with R&D teams, Product Development and Senior Management at our office in Copenhagen or our HQ in Tinglev. If working from Copenhagen you should expect some travel activities to Tinglev.

You create visibility of resource capacity and availability for all stakeholders – and by that ensures that the right resources are allocated to the right projects at the right time.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Establish product development project scheduling function
• Implement scheduling tool to ensure a single, consolidated re-source plan and by that to eliminate silos of spreadsheets
• Establish/implement the necessary, supporting scheduling proce-dures and governance framework to ensure a continuously updat-ed (real-time) overview of resource availability, resource demand as well as project progress
• Create visibility of project progress and deliver it to all stakeholders enabling timely and informed decisions for the success of the indi-vidual projects
• Ensure alignment with the product development Stage Gate model – and challenge the model and suggest improvements as/when considered relevant to provide for strengthened project govern-
ance

We are looking for

The ideal candidate has experience with program or project management within product development.
Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and have experience working with both senior management and employees in an international organization.

• Abilty to challenge solutions/ideas and have critical mind
• Abilty to make own decisions and define problem statements
• Abilty solve complex challenges based upon accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impacts of proposed solutions across the organization
It is a requirement that you have excellent, professional English skills. Danish is not required but would be an advantage.
