Do you share our passion for kitchens? Here is an opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people and play a key role in the making of great products that inspire everyday life. You are welcome to join our Technology, Experience and Data (TED) team as our next Product Owner - Finance.

This is what you will do
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the Finance product backlog and roadmap. You own a TED technology product and align strategic, tactical, and operational delivery aspects within TED Finance team, with Nobia stakeholders and also with external partners.

You are also responsible for the implementation of the Nobia Architecture framework and processes within the product area.

Other areas of responsibility/tasks:

  • Manage tech product delivery through a product team in a finance context
  • Support the delivery of a large-scale transformation in a finance context with a tech component
  • Manage team members and team atmosphere
  • Secure stable IT solutions and ongoing ability to support business process execution
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Develop release and upgrade plans
  • Build detailed specifications for product features and develop user stories
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and understands the product market
  • Evaluating product progress throughout the relevant development stages

You will actively engage with the wider Nobia Architecture community to help develop common shared practices around how we describe, document and govern changes to the IT and Business landscape within the product area.

You have:

  • Knowledge in leadership and finance processes
  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on Finance systems
  • Experience from SAP Finance or Oracle is an advance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to provide strong processes, methods, and governance
  • Experience with Process changes and supporting tools implementation as well as work management tools in an agile context (Azure DevOps/Jira) and sprint-based work planning
  • Strong people management skills with an attitudeof “teamwork is key”
  • Proven experience of agile methodologies
  • Use own initiative and take full responsibility for actions
