Operations and Maintenance Coordinator of Solar parks
Are you dreaming of a role in the center of the operations of renewable energy? And are you looking for a role where you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Solar PV parks in Denmark? Then we might be your new colleagues.
European Energy is a green energy company with exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.
Your new team
Our O&M Organization is set up as a hand-in-hand structure with shared responsibilities between the Operations Management and Operations Execution departments.
The Execution team consists of a strong group of colleagues close to our solar parks in Denmark, responsible for the execution of maintenance and optimization work on the projects.
Your future team, the O&M Management department, is the coordination desk in our HQ in Søborg that supports colleagues in the field remotely if required and stands for communication with customers, partners, and suppliers.
The O&M Management team´s main responsibilities are to monitor, analyze, and detect inconsistencies, as well as propose technical troubleshooting for optimal PV asset performance. We are currently three colleagues in our O&M team and are looking for an additional colleague to support our growth portfolio of operating assets.
How you will create an impact
As an O&M Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on solar park monitoring, maintenance coordination, performance analysis, reporting, and warranty processes. You will have regular contact with clients, sub-contractors, and internal departments. You will also assist the O&M team with administrative tasks, such as documentation of insurance claims and NCR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
To thrive in the role we imagine you have the following competencies
We seek a highly motivated, proactive, curious, and problem-solving personality, who thrives in working in a high-paced and multidisciplinary environment. It is crucial that you possess high coordinating capabilities and can provide a strong data-driven approach to your work. As a person, you have an analytical mind and find it natural to take ownership of your work in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
