What tasks are waiting for you?

• Be accountable for effective implementation and improvements of the Demant global software development processes in Software Solutions.
• Develop quality documentation and ensure it is kept and organized in a structured manner.
• Prepare the DTC Site and Software Solution department for internal and external audits, and leads the corrective actions.
• Deploy quality related measurements and reports.
• Cooperate with Project Management and Functional Management to settle root cause analyses and implement improvements from audits.
• Contribute to the improvement of quality standards, procedures and processes in the organization.
• Prepare and conduct trainings and onboardings on quality topics.
• Advise others on quality management issues that arise.
• Ensure local site is following global procurement and external vendors quality procedures.
• Effective cross-department and cross-site communication.
• Access to global R&D/QA tools and documentation management system: Documentum, Confluence.

It would be great if you have:

• min. 3 years of professional experience in Software/QA/Project Management for software classified as medical device or other regulated business (e.g. aerospace, automotive);
• higher education in engineering, quality management or similar or adequate practical experience;
• prior experience and knowledge of software development process;
• knowledge of English at a high level;
• experience and/or understanding of frameworks and models such as Agile Management, SAFe as an advantage.
