What you’ll be doing
As a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer you will support Nobia’s NPD process and represent SQA in Nobia’s Product Assurance process in close cooperation with Nobia R&D. You will support Sourcing, Product Management and Sustainability with the development, implementation, and management of processes which ensure Nobia Suppliers are approved and continuously developed and improved to meet the on-going requirements of the Nobia Group.
Furthermore, some of your tasks will be:
Required mobility/travel days:
Potentially up to 30 travel days (Scandinavia and Europe) Mobility is a key part of the role. Must also have a valid driving license and passport.

What you’ll be doing
As a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer you will support Nobia’s NPD process and represent SQA in Nobia’s Product Assurance process in close cooperation with Nobia R&D. You will support Sourcing, Product Management and Sustainability with the development, implementation, and management of processes which ensure Nobia Suppliers are approved and continuously developed and improved to meet the on-going requirements of the Nobia Group.
Furthermore, some of your tasks will be:
- Coordinate the Non-Conforming Product (NCP) process by initiating and interacting with Suppliers to investigate the root cause of Product Failure. Implementing the necessary corrective actions at suppliers to prevent recurrence.
- Audits on site - Supplier Audit Program via Nobia’s online Supplier Portal and on-site auditing program.
- Support the Nobia SAF/NSAR process, ensuring it is continually developed and remains appropriate as the controlling process which approves Nobia Suppliers, Secure that Nobia suppliers are capable of complying with Nobia’s Quality, Environmental, Sustainability, H&S and CSR requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with suppliers to maintain desired quality levels
- Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on sourced products and materials at supplier site based on Nobia’s quality requirements.
- Proactively ensure Supplier/Product Quality Conformance to established standards and guidelines
- Identify and drive continuous improvement activities in Nobia’s Supplier Portfolio.
- Investigation of Product Failure Trends based on feedback from Commercial and Customer Service forums from all areas of the Business. Identify areas of improvements and follow up on change processes at suppliers.

Your skillset:
- Experience working with quality.
- Experience with auditing.
- Relevant education.
- Highly intuitive and able to work independently.
- Good communicator.
- Experience with working with suppliers.
- Language skills: English and Danish
