Product Specialist

Our dynamic and innovative team at DGS Diagnostics in Rosówek is seeking a qualified and experienced Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing our products to support our existing and new business models. You will have the opportunity to work with project, sales, and marketing teams in Poland and Denmark to develop product strategies, as well as with business clients to gather their feedback and suggestions regarding products.

What tasks are waiting for you?
• Responsibility for a dedicated part of our broad and diverse consumables product portfolio.
• Continuously stay updated on the features and applications of your products. This involves thoroughly understanding functionalities of each product.
• Give input to the product lifecycle, including updates and end-of-life activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, technical support, and product trouble shooting.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Specialist and contribute to the creation of marketing materials and sales tools for your dedicated products.
• Gather feedback from customers and other stakeholders regarding the usability of your products. Identify areas for product improvement or new feature development. - Work closely with regulatory affairs and providing technical documentation for existing and new products on request.

It would be great if you:
• are proficient in Polish and English enabling fluent email and telephone communication;
• have experience from a similar position within Medical Devices or from purchasing, sourcing, or customer service role;
• are motivated by supporting your customers and ensure they will have the necessary support needed;
• have interpersonal relationship-building skills and provide high levels of customer service;
• possess analytical skills and attention to detail;
• enjoy working with people, can work well in a team, but also independently;
• adapt easily to a dynamic work pace and can make independent decisions.
