Your new team

You will be part of the Group HR team which consists of 23 employees including 3 student assistants. We handle the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training. In Talent Acquisition we are 7 colleagues who are supporting the global organization in all talent acquisition subjects. By working collaboratively, we value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other thrive.

Your new role

As a Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition, you will become an essential part of our ambitious HR department and support our Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process. You will engage actively in talent sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, drive end-to-end recruitments for student positions, and respond swiftly to ad-hoc recruitment needs. Additionally, you will draft guidelines and play a key role in the digitalization and optimization of our recruitment processes.

A typical day

• You support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment processes
• You source potential candidates on LinkedIn and initiate contact.
• You collaborate with team members on special projects related to employer branding and HR innovations.
• You are responsible for updating the Recruitment Software and maintaining other essential tools.
• You draft internal presentations in PowerPoint and help in optimizing and digitalizing our processes
• After learning from experienced colleagues, you have the opportunity to independently handle your own end-to-end recruitment processes for student positions, which allows for professional growth within the team.

Prerequisites to progress in the job

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• You possess a keen attention to detail and a committed approach to task completion.
• Your curiosity and open-minded nature drive you to learn and take initiative.
• You demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
