As part of the Procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring an efficient Global Supply Chain at Frontmatec. This role involves working with large datasets and complex systems to support strategic organizational goals.
Tasks you will prioritize:
You will manage global supplier negotiations within your category, ensuring best-in-class procurement execution. Your responsibilities include developing commodity strategies for sustainable sourcing, identifying potential suppliers, and establishing long-term partnerships.

What does it take to succeed in this role?
We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree in procurement, ideally supplemented with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management. You should have a proactive approach to getting things done, preferring to act on smart solutions rather than just talking about them. You aspire to make a tangible difference. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, and Category Management, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and experience with AX preferred. A strong command of English and Danish, both written and verbal, is essential, and knowledge of German would be beneficial. Additionally, experience in project business is highly desirable.
You will be based at our office in Tandslet (near Sønderborg), collaborating with engineering, project management, and production departments. You will work closely with operational and project buyers and play a significant role in developing Frontmatec Europe, supporting our global business with a new procurement structure. Travel is expected for up to 30 days per year.

- Overseeing the direct procurement lifecycle: sourcing, negotiating contracts, supplier selection, development, and evaluation.
- Leading contract negotiations and improving standards with key suppliers.
- Driving initiatives for cost savings, working capital improvements, and supplier risk mitigation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
