We are seeking a Category Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our product categories!

About the Role

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our product categories. You will work closely with various departments to ensure product profitability and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Your role is pivotal in achieving category growth through strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market trends.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong independence, high energy, result orientation, adaptability, conscientiousness, attention to detail, creativity, analytical ability, self-control, empathy, extroversion, and teamwork. Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Leading the development and implementation of the category strategy, securing input and ownership in the cross functional category team.
• Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating contracts. Manage the relationship to secure secure suppliers seen as an asset.
• Monitoring category performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications Needed

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in category management, product management, or a similar role within Renewables industry minimum 5 years.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using category management software and tools.
