Now, we're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to continue delivering full-cycle recruitment support and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy.

In our HR team, you'll work alongside an HR Generalist, two Student Assistants (one dedicated to TA), and Head of HR. We each bring unique skills to the table and collaborate to play to each other’s strengths. As your leader, I promise to do my very best to make you succeed every day. About The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a crucial player in recruiting and onboarding talent as our business grows. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Together with the TA Student Assistant, finding and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of the roles are within Research & Development
• Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents
• Handle the initial screening for selected roles
• Following up on progress and ensuring a good candidate experience
• Sparring with and delegating task to our TA Student Assistant.
• Together with Head of HR defining success metrics and objectives and making sure we navigate based on those
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into TA efforts
• Contribute to a good onboarding experience for our new employees

You will also contribute to our Employer Branding activities by:

• Creating content for our SOME activities
• Plan and prepare for recruiting event externally and in our brand-new [xxxxx] Innovation Center
