As part of the People and Culture organization, you will participate in a Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent for [xxxxx].
We are responsible for the overall candidate and client experience, engaging and inspiring our teams to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with our global strategy, policies, and processes. We are a highly collaborative organization and work closely with people leaders, People Culture colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
An important part of this role is to be a trusted advisor for the business, ensuring that hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders receive a professional recruitment experience. In addition, you will assist in ensuring clarity about current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the organization's staffing needs. Ensure compliance with our global recruitment policies and processes
  • Team Management: Inspire and manage a recruitment team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to meet business needs
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and HR Business Partners to clearly understand current and future resource requirements, providing robust sourcing strategies for these hiring needs
  • Translate talent acquisition know-how into a value-adding trusted partnership with Internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide insights on labor market trends and opportunities for different job families
  • Fully understand the employment laws within your geographical areas
  • Supervise and participate in employer branding initiatives and activities, contributing to [xxxxx]’ strategic goals
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, creating strategic and suitable Preferred Supplier Groups to support business recruitment needs, and ensure KPI targets and compliance requirements are met and adhered to
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of hiring processes


Qualifications

  • You have experience as a trusted advisor and in managing cross-cultural stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • 5 years prior management experience, managing recruitment/talent acquisition teams would be beneficial
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and German in a business setting
  • Full recruitment life cycle experience in an international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing external recruitment vendors would also be beneficial
  • Good understanding of employment laws and legislation in the North Central Europe region is especially beneficial
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a deep understanding of sourcing techniques
