We are looking for an experienced and independent QHSE Manager, that thrives with quality- and environment systems, and that can secure continuously improvements with our global process owners and regional managers at our headquarter in Aalborg.
About the job
Due to increased growth in Liftra the QHSE responsibility will now be gathered into a new Global position. You will refer to our Global Director of Projects and Operation. Projects and Operation is a team that is covering all processes from design to commissioning and servicing of our technology in the field.
You will be in the front line, which means you need to be outgoing and openminded.

You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks. You build relationships with trust and follow-through on tasks.
Engineer or acquired knowledge at equivalent level.

Projects and Operation is a team that is covering all processes from design to commissioning and servicing of our technology in the field.
You will be in the front line, which means you need to be outgoing and openminded.
- You will be responsible for continuously securing that our management system is efficient, and compliant with international standards (ISO 9001).
- Implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Daily cooperation to our projects on how to secure compliance in a proactive and effective way. This includes collaboration throughout our organization and with our clients and partners.
- Sustaining our health, safety, and environment policy and responsible for overseeing and follow up our incident reporting within HSE.
- Education and training within the organization.
What you know
You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks. You build relationships with trust and follow-through on tasks.
Engineer or acquired knowledge at equivalent level.
- 3-5 years of experience from a similar position. (Preferably from the wind industry)
- There will be travelling days to all over the globe.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge to second language, like Polish or Spanish, but not a requirement.
- Flexible and agile, as these are keywords in Liftra.
