Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the needs and challenges of commercial truck drivers out on the road
  • Obsess over the user experience within the app so that it drivers engaged, recurring users
  • Articulate a product strategy leading to solutions that continuously and incrementally improve the user experience
  • Identify partnership opportunities and integrations that enrich driver experiences and increase engagement
  • Break work down and sequence into development cycles that deliver value, and incorporate real user feedback on a regular and continuous basis
  • Manage challenges for you engineering team, and at all times ensure they have a strong understanding of customer problems, why those are important, and a robust backlog of well-defined use cases to solve
  • Work with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams to launch new capabilities in a way that empowers those teams to make customers successful
  • Define and drive success via OKRs and KPIs for end users along a funnel of adoption after launch, troubleshooting areas of friction, and delivering solutions to reduce adoption obstacles
  • Analyse data and collaborate with customers, partners and x-functional stakeholders to understand the broader business needs and build consensus
  • Represent Project44 as a domain and product expert during customer interaction

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS with a focus on mobile apps
  • Experience building and driving a roadmap, based in customer needs, with a clear path to incremental delivery
  • User experience and design savvy: design of user experiences optimised for mobile and understanding the challenges of multi-platform development
  • Hands-on experience launching mobile apps in the market, demonstrating real value to users, and driving success measured by user adoption
  • Have an understanding of product-led growth, and how an app strategy fits in the larger customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers across a software business
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
  • Experience with logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus
  • This position requires travel to customers and partners
