QA Specialist for Affiliate Support

About the department
Operations Quality Consulting & Projects comprises 9 highly qualified Specialists and Professionals who are responsible for overseeing quality compliance in affiliates worldwide. The department also includes a hub in Global Business Center in India with 4 Professionals and a Team Leader. The team is diverse on many levels; backgrounds, knowledge, education, nationality and competences, which is crucial and mirrors our need and ability to understand and help our colleagues worldwide.

The job
As QA Specialist in our team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting affiliates resolve issues that may arise in the implementation of internal and external quality requirements, and with a focus on Good Distribution Practice. You will also be involved in and drive global simplicity projects, which will have a big impact on the organisation. Furthermore, a great part of the job is driving communication on needs and expectations between the affiliates and Headquarters.

To succeed in this job, you must be service minded, self-driven, flexible and able to see solution and make decisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with colleagues from around the globe and learn about local requirements and thereby broadening your knowledge on authority demands and trends. Finally, it provides an opportunity to gain insight into the organisational structure outside Headquarters, the affiliate challenges and commercial/business perspective.

In OQCP we provide high quality support and solutions to the affiliates which ultimately results in safer products for our customers and a good reputation with local authorities. Quality and compliance in the distribution chain is one of our kay focus areas which also include control of the quality risks in the storage and delivery of product to our customers.

As you will be working with affiliates worldwide you should under normal circumstances expect approximately 10-20 travel days annually.

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree in e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar and have at least 5 years of relevant experience within quality assurance and/or Good Distribution Practice. You master English oral and written on a professional level.

You are service minded, independent and have an eye for simplicity and take responsibility for your tasks. You are recognized for your expertise within quality assurance expertise and for your great interpersonal skills. You solve complex tasks by constructive communication, based on your professional knowledge and understanding of quality without compromising patient safety.

On a personal level you are ambitious and have a great interest in developing yourself. As our team is small serving a large customer base, good team player qualities, good sense of humour and an understanding of cultural differences are of paramount importance. You will make a difference and by your dedicated and determined approach you complete your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues.
