Highly professional and well implemented IT quality assurance is a key to success with IT for Novo Nordisk. For our IT QA Office in Denmark, we are looking for a Senior IT Quality Advisor to join our team of professionals working to set direction for IT quality assurance incl. Innovative Digital Solutions.
About the department
IT QA Office is a part of IT Quality which employs 30+ highly skilled quality professionals in Denmark and India. IT Quality is responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre for IT quality assurance throughout Novo Nordisk. IT Quality is also responsible for quality assurance of IT projects and strategic IT systems, services and infrastructure used globally in Novo Nordisk.

As Senior IT Quality Advisor for Innovative Digital Solutions you will play a key role in partnering with our colleagues in Digital Accelerator (Global IT) and across Novo Nordisk, to drive digital innovations and digitalisation in general.

In close collaboration with our colleagues in Digital Accelerator (Global IT), you will be working with the latest digital technologies and you will have a central role in setting the direction for the quality assurance of Novo Nordisk innovative digital solutions. You will be directly responsible for providing expert advice to the digital innovation projects with focus on key quality activities and deliverables. Activities will range from advising on risk management, quality planning, approving quality related deliverables, to preparations for audits and inspections. In this context, you will be expected to leverage quality assurance, IT and business process knowledge to ensure both efficient and effective quality assurance and compliance in an agile setting.
The job is located in Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, with travel activity of max 20 days per year.
Qualifications
We expect you to have experience in working with quality assurance of digital solutions in context of regulated industries and you are familiar with agile methodologies, like DevOps or SCRUM.
You are flexible to changing priorities and have creative yet pragmatic approach to solving problems.
You take full ownership of your work and have a strong sense for meeting objectives and deliver high quality, while supporting your stakeholders in delivering in a simple and agile setup. You thrive with stakeholder interaction and you can present complex matters in a clear and precise manner. You are considered an enthusiastic and a committed team player. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour.
You hold a degree in a relevant subject, preferably with a strong IT substance, and have at least 5 years’ experience from a similar position.
You are seen as a strong communicator and are fluent in written and spoken English.
