Shape our future and establish best practice of talent sourcing
Basically, your job is to ensure that we find the best commercial talents for our new biologic product organisation. We are looking into one of the largest launches in LEO Pharma’s history, and you will be a key player to make sure that we establish the right organisation on time.
To manage the sourcing and recruitment process we will engage with an RPO partner and your job will be to drive the collaboration with our partner. You will set and follow up on KPI’s to ensure the agreed delivery, build employer branding campaigns across Europe and engage with internal LEO Pharma stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ambition is to be at the forefront of our recruitment needs and thereby enable the implementation of the established workforce plan.
We are at the early stage of our Talent Acquisition organisation and you will be an important sparring partner on the journey where we continuously are developing the function. Your tasks will be to
Manage and drive our European RPO setup Create and follow up on recruitment dashboard Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns for relevant target groups Grow employee advocacy within our European business and ensure the right setup for referrals
Recruiter profile with sourcing experience and pioneering spirit
Since this is a new role, we are looking for a candidate with pioneering spirit, a visionary mindset and an energy level above the average. Additionally, you will need all of your collaboration skills including your understanding of cultural and professional differences. As such, you can tailor your communication to match your audience, and you can do so at all organisational levels. Your CV comprises
