Maintenance System Specialist
Are you the specialist in CMMS systems who ensures our maintenance system runs optimally and with full satisfaction from the users?
We are now looking for you to help us implement and operate a new maintenance system based on IBM's Maximo, in close collaboration with our HQ in Germany and future users. The users will primarily be a group of maintenance managers, engineers and technicians specializing in rolling stock.
In the recent years, we have won several maintenance contracts, just as we already service several customers' equipment. The area is developing extremely fast - due to high demands for accessibility and increased competition in the market, which requires that we constantly stay sharp and deliver innovative solutions.
You will be based at our main office in Ballerup, but you will also visit the end users' locations, which are primarily in Denmark. In addition, some travel activity abroad to HQ, courses etc. must be expected. (5-10 days a year).

Your responsibilities
- Being part of a two-man team in charge of our maintenance system called, CorMap, (based on Maximo)
- Operate other Service it (Ticket systems, MMS, monitoring, interfaces, etc.)
- Map workflows and optimize work processes in relation to strategy
- General optimization of our service IT and processes
Your qualifications
The optimal profile possesses IT technical knowledge as well as the ability to create an overview and keep calm under pressure.
- You have experience with maintenance systems, preferably Maximo and IFS
- You have experience with IT architecture and interfaces within other systems
- SQL knowledge will be an advantage
- Database and analysis knowledge
- You like to teach
- You formulate yourself well in writing in both Danish and English - any speech in German will be considered an advantage
- You are proactive, full of energy and courage and thrive with keeping several balls in the air.
- You contribute to the social community with your good mood and positive mind
