At our HQ in Ballerup, you will be joining a team of 8 talent acquisition professionals as a part of our Talent & Leadership team.
Always listening closely to hiring managers and colleagues and challenging the status quo, we secure top talent for areas across the entire GN Group and seek to deliver excellence in the recruitment processes. Doing so, we take pride in our contribution towards transforming lives through the power of sound.
Conduct research and build our candidate pipeline
You will be working actively with search and sourcing to optimize and attract a strong talent pool for open positions as well as building talent pipelines for future needs. You will help screen and select candidates, facilitate interviews and guide hiring managers.
As each recruitment process is different, you will sometimes take part in the entire process until the contract has been signed, and other times your colleagues will take over in the last recruitment steps.
More specifically, you will spend most of your time on:

You have research and sourcing experience
It is vital that you possess strong communications skills and have the ability to build relations with hiring managers and candidates. You are a team player with a genuine desire to collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team. Finally, you are an apt planner with a well-versed ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities.

More specifically, you will spend most of your time on:
- Coordinating with your team and hiring managers to define requirements for vacant roles and act as a trusted advisor
- Developing and implementing a structured search-based methodology, including market mapping, timescales, deliverables and associated reporting
- Carrying out in-depth analysis, defining search strategy, candidate and source identification, attracting and assessing first-rate talent, etc.
- Measuring time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role
- Researching and recommending new sourcing techniques and tools
- Creating and nursing an organized candidate database

You have research and sourcing experience
It is vital that you possess strong communications skills and have the ability to build relations with hiring managers and candidates. You are a team player with a genuine desire to collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team. Finally, you are an apt planner with a well-versed ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities.
You are ready to pitch in from day 1 because you:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role, handling international specialist and executive search positions
- Bring sound knowledge of sourcing tools and effective sourcing techniques skills e.g. portfolio sites and resume databases
- Take a creative approach to the different ways in which talent can be acquired
- Do preferably have experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools for candidate assessment
- Speak and write English effortlessly
