In Digital Innovation, we are developing cloud, web, and app solutions where digitalisation is adding value to our customers and employees through new services and use of data. We are in the process of onboarding our more than 400 unique physical testing facilities onto a common data platform and by using data and advanced technologies we aim to enhance our quality, productivity, and insights.
As the product owner you will be leading this effort and bring new services online on our customer portal. You will be the interface between our many business units, the domain experts of our testing facilities and the software development effort. You will uncover unmet needs and translate them into solutions. Your ability to inspire and connect business with technology will drive the product forward.
You must be able to familiarise yourself with new business areas, and you will need to use your IT and technology knowledge to analyse the need for IT solutions that will ultimately provide results and job satisfaction for colleagues and customers.
You will need to understand, document, and communicate the business' need for IT support, and then map business processes and specify requirements for data, technology, functionality, and security.

Whom we are looking for

- First-hand experience with software development or delivery (you need to understand what people are doing)
- Experience with agile development and tools (we use Scrum & DevOps)
- Previous experience leading a team as Product Owner/Manager, Software Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst - is an advantage (great people can come from anywhere)
- Flawless stakeholder management skills (we are 1,000 people and we serve 9,000 customers - what you deliver impacts most of them)
- Strong communication skills applied to technical and business topics (presentation, facilitation, ideation – get buy-in, build the roadmap, deliver value)
- Experience working with cloud, data, AI technologies, customer portals is a strong advantage
- Good skills in written and spoken English.
