We are looking for a Quality Coordinator who will become a part of our management team. Your responsibility will be to ensure that we are always ahead of quality and that we are ready for inspection. About the department
Biopharm Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia and growth hormone disorders. Our department, in corporation with four other departments, handles aseptic filling of vials and cartridges. The department's area of responsibility is the close support to our filling lines as we handle the formulation, supply of clean equipment as well as being responsible for maintaining the classification of our facilities. We are approximately 100 motivated and talented colleagues divided into three operating teams, three support teams and a staff team. Your new department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism and an informal tone. Since we as a department support many functions on the site, we have a broad interface, which makes many of our processes complex.

The position
As a quality Coordinator, you will report directly to the head of department. In close collaboration with the management team, your focus will be to ensure the correct quality level, as well as to constantly work proactively to raise the quality level for the department's talented and dedicated employees. You will, among other things, be a daily sparring partner on quality issues, conduct ongoing GMP training and run quality related projects in the department. In addition, you will set direction and define the level of documentation in close collaboration with quality coordinators from our sister departments and QA. The department is frequently inspected by authorities and you will play a vital role in planning, implementation and follow-up. Qualifications
You are a Pharmacist, Engineer, Cand. Scientist or other equivalent education within the field of science. Furthermore, you hold a solid experience in aseptic production and GMP manufacturing - either from production or QA. You bring forward a good communication toolbox and your outgoing and calm personality makes it natural for you to create close relationships with many people with different skills.

You hold a good business understanding, which you can apply when making decisions related to quality, but also have the expertise to delve into the detail if needed. Furthermore, it is important that you work systematically and that you’re are able prioritize your tasks. To be successful in the position, you must be committed and have a high degree of independence, and you must thrive in a high-intensity work environment, where you take pride in completing your tasks.

Experience with LEAN is an advantage, since it’s an integrated part of our daily work.
