Scandinavian Tobacco Group is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to strengthen our Commercial Excellence team to drive adoption and implementation of the global pricing process across the European markets.

As the Pricing Manager for the European division you can have a big impact on how we are working with pricing and really professionalise the European division in this matter. As the Pricing Manager for the European Division you will be working closely with the European markets, Finance, the Strategic Pricing Director, and Brand teams to ensure a smooth integration of the pricing process through your solid stakeholder management. With a reporting line directly into the Head of Commercial Excellence European Branded Division, your success will be measured upon the process, pricing implementation and the profit pool optimization.
Your primary tasks will include the following
Drive commercial strategic direction for the markets in the area of pricing, ensuring clear plans are built and are connected to the Divisional Strategy.

Your primary tasks will include the following
Drive commercial strategic direction for the markets in the area of pricing, ensuring clear plans are built and are connected to the Divisional Strategy.
- Establishing and improving transparency by setting up analytical methodologies and their deployment in coordination with the Strategic Pricing Director to boost insights generation.
- Enhancing the pricing strategy by converting the learning from the transparency workstream into the value acceleration initiatives and rules.
- Develop pricing tactics – simulation of pricing scenarios via pricing management tools providing inputs for sales entities on volume, revenue and profit implications from pricing options.
- Provide recommendations for new product offers pricing.
- Monitor price execution and track business performance vs forecast proposing corrective actions to commercial function.
- Analyze and recommend pricing corrections to optimize profit pool.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience in analytics to ensure the success of the agenda for the role.
