Summary:

The team in People Program Office are the organizations Change enablers and we are looking to strengthen the team with a Change Manager Lead, joining us in Copenhagen. As our Lead Change Manager Lead, you’ll oversee change, provide training and communication activities in our ongoing, multi-year business transformation and global SAP S4/HANA Private Cloud ERP implementation.

You’ll be collaborating closely with stakeholders on multiple levels and coordinating across change activities workstreams.

You’ll be reporting directly to Head of People Program Office and be part of a diverse team of highly driven specialists

What you can expect in as Change Manager Lead:

You will be one of the key drivers of the adoption of new processes and technologies that are critical to the strategic journey of STG. These processes and technologies will be rolled out globally, which requires you to elevate the Program’s credibility across multiple regions and firmly position the Program as the future of how to conduct business in our organization.

  • Defining, scoping and delivering One Process (ERP) change-, training- and communications strategies to drive the sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Managing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies to maintain buy-in and alignment in change management strategies and plans
  • While focusing on driving the adoption of new ways of working, aim to raise the long-term change capability and agility of the Group
  • Partnering with internal groups, develop meaningful, trusting relationships with stakeholders and position the OCM-team and the People Program Office as a value-adding contributor to the strategic agendas of the STG
  • Identifying program risks and interdependencies, and manage these proactively
  • Monitoring, evaluating and making improvements in the Program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI from an organizational change perspective
  • Leading and managing change-, training- and communication training teams on a day-to-day basis, leaning in with ‘operational support’ where needed

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience from building, leading, driving and executing change, communications and training agendas for large-scale, technology-enabled business transformations that impact employees across a number of geographies and cultures.

  • You have at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience
  • Strong previous experience from global ERP implementation
  • You have the ability to navigate in times of uncertainty and still generate valuable output/results
  • You have the ability to reach out to large numbers of stakeholders and go from “hands-on to strategic output to suit all situations and demand”
  • Solid experience in working with 3rd party consultants – be clear with demand and structure
  • Intuitive Business Acumen and the ability to find a healthy balance between pragmatism and best practice
  • Expert project planner with ability to prioritize and deliver on a wide range of deliverables simultaneously
  • Deep experience building, leading and managing teams and working across functions and workstreams
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to inform change strategies and decision-making
  • Expert communicator with deep experience in engaging, influencing and consulting with senior stakeholders in relation to change, communications and training
  • Intercultural competence
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, additional command of Spanish would be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge, ADKAR methodologies, and train the trainer models is desirable but not required
