We are looking for a Senior Release Manager who can streamline project deliveries and ensure smooth transitions!As a Senior Release Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire lifecycle of Release Management. You will collaborate closely with both vendors, business units, other departments, developers, and consultants that are geographically dispersed. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial for success, as this role will report to various levels in Columbus, from Business Units to CTOs.
You will use tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft D365 FO & CE and ServiceNow to manage and monitor release activities, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and transparently. Additionally, you will deliver within Transition Management, Change Enablement, and other relevant services, and the role will report to Director in Operations Development.As a Senior Release Manager, you will be a key player in our team. You will lead deliveries to the customer, ensuring that processes run efficiently and contribute to our overall success. It is also expected that you contribute to the development of the team by being a mentor for junior resources and actively supporting them in their career development.

Documented experience in a similar role within the technology industry, with practical experience in managing release processes Software experience, such as Microsoft D365FO & CE, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Office 365 A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required. Relevant certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or ITIL are an advantage Strong collaboration and communication skills. You can communicate well in English and/or Norwegian, Danish or Swedish with customers and colleagues – both verbally and in writing
