As a Release Manager, you will coordinate and oversee release activities, working closely with team members, developers, and consultants across multiple countries. Your role will involve managing release schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring all processes run smoothly using tools like Azure DevOps, Microsoft D365FO&CE, and ServiceNow.You will play a key part in supporting the Transition and Change Management processes and contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring timely and quality releases. This role reports to the Director of Operations Development.
As part of the Global Service Team, you will be located locally and collaborate globally, participate in and drive both local and global activities. Your core responsibilities will be to:Coordinate and manage release activities across teams Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and expectations Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps to monitor and optimize release processes Actively participate in team improvement initiatives

Your background and experience:Your background and experience:The successful candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field combined with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. This includes:Experience in managing release or delivery processes in a technology-driven environment Knowledge of tools like Microsoft D365FO & CE, Azure DevOps, and Office 365 Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in managing release or delivery processes in a technology-driven environmentKnowledge of tools like Microsoft D365FO & CE, Azure DevOps, and Office 365Strong communication and collaboration skillsCertifications in ITIL, agile, or project management are a plus Certifications in ITIL, agile, or project management are a plusProficiency in Danish and English
