Do you have experience with small and large projects within industrial fermentation processes?
If you have worked with fermentation in biotech and you like working with process development, then you might be the one we are looking for!
You will join our process support team, and help with the further development and scaling of our fermentation technology.
We are developing the protein of the future
has developed a sustainable fermentation technology for the production of protein; Uniprotein®. Based on methane, we can produce almost unimaginable amounts of protein and thus feed the world's growing population.
Through the use of our technology, it is possible to reduce the pressure on marine ecosystems and reduce the extinction of the rainforest.
Welcome to our innovation centre Our headquarters are located in Roskilde, close to Copenhagen, and our innovation centre and pilot facilities are in Kalundborg. Our innovation centre has a dual function in the company, as we alternate between technology development projects and test production of new products. We work closely with other functions, such as R&D and Commercial, to create the best conditions for our growth.

Your daily workplace is in Kalundborg at the Innovation Centre with occasional working days at our offices in Roskilde. You may expect up to 20-40 travel days per year.

You will work with:
- Experimental design and optimization/scaling of industrial fermentations
- Professional support for colleagues in fermentation as well as student guidance
- Follow-up on goals and applying structure and direction on tasks together with the team
- Daily support of fermentation processes
- Implementation projects for fermentation at the Innovation Centre
- Design, commissioning, and support of new plants
We imagine that you:
- Have a background as a chemical engineer, M.Sc, process engineer or similar
- Have experience with applied fermentation technology
- Have knowledge of support and process optimization of fermentation in the biotech industry
- Are good at collaborating and communicating clearly with different stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Can work in a structured way and execute on your tasks
- Can handle and prioritize many tasks at the same time as well as execute on them
- Are fluent in English and Danish, written as well as spoken
