Can you take ownership of our global product range of disc mowers to the next level, while transforming customer requirements into strong commercial opportunities? Do you have a strong commercial mindset, paired with passion for agricultural machinery? Then you may be the right person to become our new colleague in Product Management.
As a Product Manager for Disc Mowers, you will take a central position as the product lead in coordinating market requirements within both manufacturing and R&D. Reporting to the Product Director for Disc Mowers, you will be part of a team of seven employees, characterized by a positive and informal way of working, where humour is common and team spirit is important. The role is under Kverneland Group Kerteminde, which is the competence center for forage harvesting equipment that is in rapid development, and characterized by high professionalism and responsibility with a quality focus.
Your key responsibilities
In summary, you will play a leading role in developing our future product range and pursuing our ambitious growth targets through our global sales network. Last but not least, you will work closely with both the local Product Management team and Europe-wide, group-level colleagues within Kverneland Group.
You will be based in Kerteminde, Denmark and expected to travel ~25% of the time. We will help you get off to a good start and contribute to you with sparring, good advice, encouragement and concrete tools, as well as knowledge.

Your key responsibilities
- Become product owner for the product area Disc Mowers and Smart Farming Solutions.
- Set clear strategic priorities for the development of new products and solutions.
- Define product value proposition, analyses product competitiveness and map the customer experience. Further transfer this into product requirements towards the R&D department.
- Ensure new products meet the market requirements and are competitive throughout the product lifecycle.
- Understand customer requirements and turn them into commercial opportunities.
- Drive and lead the product portfolio, including product lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Track and document product field performance during the product development process.
- Act as the product specialist within Kverneland Group, including product trainings and market support.

Your profile
- Strong commercial skills with a technical flair, with several years within product management.
- Your prior work experience is in the agricultural business, including practical experience with agricultural machinery.
- You are fluent in English, and preferably other European languages.
- Personally, you have strong analytical skills with an interest in strategic problem solving. Your focus on detail ensures quality.
- You approach your work proactively, possess a natural & professional curiosity, and are goal-driven.
- Your way of working is result-oriented and innovative.
- Finally, you have a positive and flexible attitude, and you thrive on collaboration and sparring with your colleagues across the organization.
- As Product Manager, your collaboration and communication skills enable you to work across the organisation and communicate at a high level at all times.
