Maersk is looking for a Cloud Contact Centre Product Owner to closely work with our business and operations colleagues to define the product roadmap and capabilities for development for our Cisco Webex Contact Centre solution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of product enhancements by defining and prioritizing the enhancement backlog as well as managing the successful deployment of future product releases based on business priorities.
Key responsibilities
• Develop/define the Cloud Contact Centre product vision, strategy, and roadmap to include future enhancements/changes to the product specifically the Voice channel; communicating both the business value and technical rationale behind your recommendations.
• Work in close collaboration with platform teams, Business Product Owners and Service Owners to enable new or improve existing products with regards to Cloud Contact Centre
• Prioritise backlog with a focus on outcomes and delivering on the objectives
• Work collaboratively and use best practices with the delivery team to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and long-term release planning.
• Work closely with the development team and partners to ensure the backlog is in place and refined to ensure development can proceed with high quality and speed
• Translate the uncovered business needs into technology requirements in the form of user stories and roadmaps
• Build relationships with stakeholders and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better engage them and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure that anything that is built can be easily reused across multiple use cases
• Monitors and improves product health
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor respective product budget(s) for maintenance, enhancements and growth initiatives

• Good understanding of Customer Support Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Owner, Technology and Change Experience
• Contact Centre Experience with leading contact centre vendors
• Bachelors or Master's degree in relevant functional area
• Understanding of VoIP Technologies
• Understanding of Global PSTN carrier networks and local regulatory compliance requirements
• Minimum of 5 years large enterprise experience
• Experience working with Cisco Webex Contact Centre solution is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Customer Management skills
• Strong Relationship Building Skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong Team player but able to use own initiative when required
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
• Project management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
• Having worked in the logistics industry is a benefit although not a skill you must have.
• Fluent English in both written and oral
• Experience of Agile methodology or scrum master is a plus
