We offer
The Ocean Delivery Transformation & Digitalisation team is responsible for the transformation of Maersk's ocean service delivery and the Functional Product Owners/Mangers drive the global adoption of the transformation.
Our vision is to radically improve the quality-of-service delivery to our customers and we are looking for dynamic talents to join the journey.
As Functional Product Manager you will play a key part in the transformation journey by working with the relevant Functional Product Owners to design the future for your functional domain and develop the processes and policies needed to ensure high quality delivery to our customers.
At the same time, you will work closely with our Platform and Technology teams to deliver modern technology to the process landscape and automate processes where this increases quality and consistency for the customer.

Key responsibilities
• Along with the team of FPO(s), is responsible for the process design for your domain and the relevant user journey and customer journey
• Define the operational metrics that measures the success of the respective process outcomes and tracking performance
• Define Business Policy choices to be made to enable high degree of standardization to the process landscape
• Accountable for standardization and automation of the process steps. Along with all the peer functional owners, responsible in ensuring that as Maersk we achieve the standardization goals
• Work with Platform Product Owners in ensuring User Stories are delivering the intended user, product, and business features.

• Are a natural communicator, and collaborator with an Action bias
• You are excited by delivering major change through communication and working with data-based decision making.
