Maersk.com is one of the world's largest B2B platforms and the place where most of our customers are managing their logistics and supply chain business with Maersk. Alongside with close to 800 Engineers and product managers, you will get a central role as Product Managers for our Identity and access management (IAM) solutions across all of Maersk's digital platforms. You will work with several distributed engineering teams across several time zones. You’ll be expected to own our product strategy in the IAM area and drive development of new products and features in line with the product strategy.
This role is inherently cross-functional, and you will work closely, not just with engineering, but also business development and the functional product owners at Maersk.
You’ll be part of a larger platform team of up to 75 product owners and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from others and share your experience. You’ll work according to the Maersk 3P (Product, Process and Platform) Development Framework, which outlines how business product owners, platform product owners (you), UX and engineering teams collaborate in an elaborate version of scrum.
A successful candidate will be highly diligent, able to work effectively across business, engineering and UX and able to deliver value to customers in fast iterations informed by real world learnings. You understand that everything starts with the customers and you always leverage customer data and insights as a foundation for your work.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the Identity and Access Management products and capabilities across Maersk's digital Platforms
- Own and drive go-to-market and change management efforts for your product
- Work and partner with several distributed engineering teams to jointly set OKRs, direction and priorities
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to deliver the right product with the right priorities
- Work with the technology stakeholders to define the technology approach
- Manage the tech resource allocation to deliver business priorities
- Make smart trade-offs between time, scope and resources
