As the Nordic Product Manager for Garnier Coloration, your role is to build the yearly strategy for our coloration brands ( Nutrisse, Olia & Color Sensation), to be at the heart of the portfolio management and launch process as well as manage the media activations. Coloration is the historical category of the group and is now back to growth! You will define the Nordic strategy for the Coloration category together with the relevant stakeholders and shape the Nordic recommendation for local implementation in each of the Nordic countries. The role reports to the Nordic Brand Business Leader of Garnier.

Your key job accountabilities:

  • Develop the strategy for the brands and the coloration category to gain market share
  • Own the launch process of new products and create the story telling of the launches for countries to support their trade presentations
  • Select and animate the winning product assortment together with the Market Brand Mangers for each of the Nordic countries
  • Own the brand/product expression & drive in-store expression of the brands
  • Manage the paid media execution. Develop media campaigns in close relationship with advertising and media agencies. Manage the media budget from production costs to media buying.
  • Generate & leverage local Consumer insights, e.g. Trends follow up, monitoring of competitor activity incl. media activations
  • Sell-out and category analysis at period level to share internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders
  • Be the voice of the Nordic markets to European headquarters


Your profile:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the FMCG industry
  • You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with analysis and numbers
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work
  • You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language
