Your mission…
The Nordic Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital part of the Nordic HR team and covers two areas: Recruitment and Employer Branding activities. Recruitment is the main priority and includes the full process from attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to supporting hiring managers in their needs and strategy and thereby being a true partner to the business. The employer branding area covers the activities reinforcing L’Oréal as an attractive place to work by sharing relevant and authentic storytelling and testimonies about the company alongside physical and online events with partner universities and external parties. To thrive and succeed in the position as a Nordic Talent Acquisition Specialist you enjoy meeting new people and promoting L’Oréal as a company both internally and externally.
You will…
- Be responsible for recruitment from start to finish for assigned job families across the Nordics
- Liaise frequently with HR Managers and hiring managers to ensure high quality and timely recruitments and keep relevant stakeholders up to date at all times
- Identify candidates through online sources, referrals and by targeting talented profiles, providing them with relevant information about the Company and feedback throughout the process
- Follow, monitor, and feedback to the business on trends in the job market and establish a talent pipeline according to business needs
- In collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders, manage our employer branding calendar incl. a social media communication plan that will strengthen the online presence of L’Oréal Nordic and secure the engagement of future candidates
- Organize and coordinate employer branding events in the Nordics, both online and offline, managing within agreed budgets and timeframes
- Co-operate with schools and assigned networks to stay relevant and find the best talent
- Contribute to developing the field of Talent Acquisition and be part of the European network of Talent Acquisition experts within L’Oréal
- Become a master of our TA systems, KPIs and reporting to provide insights to our local Management Committees and Global Headquarters in Paris
You are…
- You have +2 years of experience in the field of HR, recruitment, or marketing
- You are keen to develop as a recruiter, but also understanding HR more broadly
- You take initiative, can work independently and eager to implement new ideas
- You are driven and not afraid of a fast pace as well as you have good organization skills and communicate openly with all stakeholders
- As a team member, you thrive in an open, sharing, and caring environment that embraces diversity
- Meeting new people and interviewing candidates is a passion of yours and you enjoy organizing events and being a company ambassador
- You are analytical and digitally savvy; figures don’t scare you
- You have a Degree for example in Business Economics, Psychology or similar
- You are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, preferably Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
