Saxo Bank A/S is looking for a professional, strong and committed colleague to join Saxo Bank Group Finance as Group Transfer Pricing Manager. We offer a job with challenging tasks where you will become a part of a dynamic and competent finance team.
As Group Transfer Pricing Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the transfer pricing set-up in Saxo Bank Group.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the transfer pricing documentation for Saxo Bank Group with involvement from the respective subsidiaries
- Maintenance of Saxo Bank Group transfer pricing policy
- Transfer pricing analysis and adjustments
- Review of benchmark studies
- Ensure compliance with local transfer pricing rules
- Filing of transfer pricing documentation to the Danish tax authorities
- Preparation and submission of Country-by-Country reporting
- Support line of business in acquisitions, establishment of new entities and restructuring projects
- Play an active role when new corporate tax and VAT regulations are enacted
- Correspondence with tax authorities
- Preparation of monthly tax calculations and tax returns for the Danish companies
- CFC-taxation
- Ad hoc requests on transfer pricing, corporate tax and VAT
You will be part of Global Finance and join the Compliance Finance team whose overall purpose is to ensure compliance within corporate tax, VAT and accounting.
The right candidate will get considerable impact across the organization, and interact with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. You will be working closely with Saxo Bank’s different business areas and central functions, to drive and oversee tax related matters. You will report to the Head of Compliance Finance .
Your profile:
As a person you have a positive mindset and are open towards other people and new ideas. You like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while managing and meeting deadlines. You are a focused, result-oriented and structured person with a can-do attitude
Qualifications:
- A strong toolbox in Transfer Pricing
- Solid experience in preparation of transfer pricing documentation and implementation of new intercompany transactions etc.
- Solid competencies within corporate tax
- Good presentation skills
- Able to drive the area independently; strategically as well as tactically
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Thrive on keeping yourself updated with the latest developments and tendencies on transfer pricing and corporate tax
- Dedicated and motivated by handling “day to day requests” as well as strategic projects
- Relevant educational background required

Group Finance is responsible for the following corporate functions in the value chain within the bank: Finance, Legal, Procurement and Treasury.

Some of the key responsibilities for the division include:
• Controlling cost and generating higher and more stable revenue, leading to an improved EBIT margin
• Managing capital cost and regulation efficiently to generate an improved return on Equity
• Supporting mergers and Acquisitions for the Group
• Supervising and overseeing the review, negotiation and drafting of major contracts, tender documents and other legal documents, as required by the operational departments
• Organizing and managing liquidity globally
