Process Control Engineer
Green Hydrogen Systems
As one the newest members of a growing R&D department with placement in the Process team, you will be responsible for developing all process controls systems for GHS’ newest product – the X-series.
Areas of responsibility
As Process Control Engineer, you will be the link between the Process team and the Software team and responsible for the functional description of the electrolysis units together with the rest of the Proces Control engineers. You will work closely together with software and process engineers to ensure both documentation and C&E. You will be troubleshooting and testing and furthermore make corrections in the existing control in connection with cost-out and change in components.
Specific work tasks
- Link between software and process engineers
- Ensuring that system and components interact properly
- Make functional description
- Establishment of alarm lists, C&E diagrams
- Control loops
- PID, machine learning, model-based approach
- Developing management- and control systems for the alkaline electrolysis
Success criteria
One of the most important tasks in the job is expanding the knowledge and competencies base within management and control systems in GHS. You will ensure a strong documentation and operational stability.
Through a strong system understanding and the physics of the system, you ensure that that changes and upgrades regarding pressure and temperature, are documented.
You facilitate a good dialogue with the test department to ensure knowledge sharing.
Profile
In developing the process control systems, you are a structured, empathic, and transparent team player. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, projects, and colleagues. As GHS as an organisation is developing quite rapidly, it is also important that you can stay focused in a changeable and busy environment.
