Senior Quality Engineer for developing world class green energy solutions
Do you want to ensure quality and reliability for tomorrows mobile electrolysis plants?
Can you collaborate with development teams to define, set and maintain product quality from the very first beginning of the product lifecycle? Do you have experience with quality processes in product development? Then you are the one we are looking for as our new Senior Quality Engineer NPD for Green Hydrogen Systems in Kolding DK.
At Green Hydrogen Systems, we successfully develop and produce electrolysis plants that produce green hydrogen from water and renewable energy. We are a listed company, and we are experiencing significant growth and demand for our products. We are constantly pursuing opportunities to develop new technologies within mobile electrolysis plants.
Therefore, we need a Senior Quality Engineer who in collaboration with R&D and PTA/PTD, will ensure quality and safety in the design and production of our new HyProvide X-series electrolysis plant.
This is a newly created position, and you will be involved in the entire process of the product development, which also includes integrating quality strategy in the production. You will contribute to the green transition, as you are part of developing green energy for the future.
You are motivated to ensure a high standard of quality in production
Your role as Senior Quality Engineer is to help develop our HyProvide X- Series and incorporate safety, environment, energy utilization, reliability and quality costs into the development process and production. It will be your responsibility to identify and optimize quality processes. Thus, your tasks will be to:
- Develop the quality strategy, set KPI’s and quality requirements for the development of our new HyProvide X-series electrolysis plant.
- Develop and set up Quality Assurance test strategies and reviews.
- Facilitate and manage FMEA analysis for the development process.
- Collect, analyze and report data in the development and production of the HyProvide X-series.
- All-round quality assurance in all processes.
- Ensure a "right-first-time" mentality in the product development process
In other words, you master quality strategies and know your tools in order to ensure quality in the process of developing and producing our electrolysis plants. You have the technical skills to help the development team aligning the different interfaces, while ensuring an optimal and effective system. Additionally, you encourage the development team to reach and ensure the quality demands of our products.
You have an in-depth knowledge of quality processes and implementation of quality systems
We expect you to have an engineering background and you have previously worked with quality processes in production and product development. It is an advantage if you are experienced within SIX Sigma and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). You have to master Danish and English at a professional level.
In collaboration with the development team, you are responsible for product quality. You have a structured approach when implementing and reporting quality. You are detail-oriented, extroverted and cooperative, as this position require you to have a wide range of contacts within the organization.
