The job
As global product manager for digital services you are responsible for the commercial product design, product development together with our Technology division and lead the early-stage sales to pilot customers and customers. As the business mature you will work closely together with the global sales organization of Terma, positioned in 4 regions.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues in Terma, which is a large company but not a huge company, giving you flexibility in your work. At Terma we have the ambition of being market leader in our market, by offering digital services. We believe in transforming the business by the concept of “servitization”. “Servitization” for us is defining products and service in the space of connecting the customers equipment to Terma, developing data-based services like AI, predictive maintenance and cloud solution, and present this in a customer friendly interface (App etc.). You will lead this ambition and transformation of the business at Terma.

The position is based at our headquarters in Lystrup, Aarhus or at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. You can expect approximately 15-30 travel days per year, in addition to some commuting between Aarhus and Copenhagen.

The job

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the product, end-to-end and in the full lifetime of the product, including:
- Product strategy, roadmap and budget
- Develop the customer vision and roadmap for the digital product(s) based on input from customers, internal stakeholders, market research and own industry insights
- Lead early stages sales activities and pilot customers projects
- Lead the product development as product owner towards Terma Technology organization
- Plan and execute digital product launches, conduct product demos to customers, and develop relationships with key accounts.
- Create, maintain, and update the business plan for investments and gain internal approval for continued digital product/solution development.
- Profit/loss responsible for the product
- Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders and evangelize the product internally and externally
- Represent the “voice of the customer” in senior level meetings.
Qualifications/Your Profile
- Commercial background with experience from digital service industry and/or B2B industry within the digital service space. This could be your second job within the digital service arena
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of digital technologies and digital business models. Passionate about digital B2B product offerings.
- Master’s degree in Business, IT, digital innovation, or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with (digital) product strategy/management, sales and marketing
- Thrive in an environment with digital entrepreneurship and in a “fast-paced” environment.
Preferably your profile is:
- Structured, open minded and service oriented, flexible attitude, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- An energetic relational driven person with good people management skills. Confident and with an ability to build trust
- A team player with a commercial mindset and good listening skills who works well in a collaborative environment
- Systematic approach to problem solving with a strong follow-up ability
- Analytical and data driven approach to understanding problems/issues
- Integrity and ability to push back constructively and suggest improvements to practices.
