On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Oversee assigned Indirect Category, developing and implementing adequate category strategy for respective indirect categories.
- Continuously optimize external spending via value-adding procurement initiatives, while maintaining a realistic cost level for the assigned indirect category.
- Develop a collaborative partnership with internal stakeholders and act as a procurement advisor to diligently identify sourcing opportunities and cost improvement potentials for the relevant indirect category
- Streamline service adoption and enhance commercial terms and service quality
- Implement robust governance and Supplier Relationship Management through KPIs and SLAs to enhance supplier performance in service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, therefore increasing the value delivered to .
- Integrate sustainability criteria and metrics into the acquisition of external services and performance reporting.
- Proficiently manage and contribute to implementing and enhancing the Procurement strategy, processes, tools, and related initiatives

On top of that, you will:
- Hold a master's degree with 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement in international organizations.
- Have a solid commercial mindset with in-depth knowledge of procurement strategy, tools, techniques, and processes.
- Experienced in category management and contract negotiation for multiple indirect services.
- Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management with enhanced interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
- Proficient English language skills, both oral and written.
