We are looking for a talented QA Assistant to play a key role in the maintenance of our quality assurance system. You will be working close together with our QA Manager and various stakeholders such as customer service, oligo production chemists and laboratory technicians.
The daily business language in Risskov is Danish, but as LGC is an international company it is required that you speak and write fluent English.

Key responsibilities
- Review of production batch records for completeness and release
- Manage our supplier qualification programme
- Document control activities
- Handling of deviations and complaints, including root cause investigation
- Participate in internal audits
- Assist in gathering data and trending of quality objectives
- Work with our production teams to set up documents to improve efficiency and accuracy
- General administrative tasks including filing of records
Qualifications
- Preferably, you have experience working in a GMP regulated environment and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Your background could be Laboratory Technician or bachelor in Chemical and Biotechnical Technology (Professionsbachelor i laboratorieteknologi)
- CAPA, deviation and nonconformance reporting experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Self-motivating personality
- Ability to extract, analyse and present data
- Resilient with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
