We are looking for an experienced quality engineer for Dynaudio in Skanderborg.
In the function of CQE, you will be responsible for handling all Customer related Quality activities and securing the learning loop.
Dynaudio is the leading producer of hand-crafted high-end loudspeakers created by impassioned music lovers for your living room, the professional studio and for your car.
Dynaudios mission is to create the best sound possible. This means to reproduce music and sound as close as possible to the natural experience.

About the job:
Functions, areas of responsibility and competence requirements
- Being the contact point to our internal Customer Support function
- Handling all customer claims backwards in the organization, involving the PQE and SQE teams if needed.
- Secure feedback to the Customer or Customer Cares
- Securing right timely information to our internal Customer support on progress in quality problems/claims
- Measure and monitor on Customer Quality (Voice of the Customer)
- Reviewing Customer demands and specifications, giving input backwards
- Securing the change management process is carried out according to customer demands
- Responsible for securing that we are always working according to the latest Customer demands (Product as well as Generic)
- Actively involved in the company's quality strategy
Other tasks
- Supporting the general quality improvement programs
Required competences/educational requirements
- You have experience from a similar position
- Deep general system understanding and analytic abilities.
- Able to formulate ideas understandable for all levels.
- Ability to plan and drive projects within budgets and timeframes.
- High-level and long-term experience on at least Bachelor level.
- English speaking and writing on high level
Other applied professional and personal competences
- Be able to work independently and to reach out, also thrive to work in teams
- Must be open minded with strong communication skills
- Intercultural experience is an advantage
- Independently take decisions regarding approval or rejects and to communicate with stakeholders
- Be open to development of the Quality areas at Dynaudio and take parts in defining the future direction for Dynaudio Quality
- Be able to acquire knowledge of new tools and methods
- Has the desire to teach and help others and act as the experienced quality person and “lighthouse” at Dynaudio
