Kamstrup is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent solutions of energy and water consumption with production, administration and development gathered at the headquarter in Stilling, south of Aarhus. As our new Business Change Manager, your first tasks will be in our strategic important ERP implementation project, where it is pivotal to our future success that we prepare and engage our organization for a long-term solution. To execute on this transformation across the organization, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Business Change Manager.
Business Change Manager with hands-on experience and excellent communication skills
As Business Change Manager, you will have a wide interface with colleagues throughout the organization. In the project of our new ERP system we have a strong focus on standardization and harmonization, why it is important that you are able to support planning and management of change and work closely with teams to implement business change.
More specific your responsibilities in the role as Business Change Manager will be to:
• Ensure overall plans of communication, business change and training activities
• Ensure relevant deadlines and activities in due time are communicated to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders
• Produce the necessary tools and templates for managing communication, impact analysis, business change and training, incl. gameboards for cross-process-alignments
• Plan and facilitate the system and process education of all end-users, building a super-user and train-the-trainer setup
• Report issues, risk and progress to Project Managers, Team Leads and Stakeholders
Personality matters
As a person, you are driven by a positive mindset and have a creative and innovative approach. In your networking, you demonstrate skills in leading directly, indirectly and influencing leaders, and with a strong drive and willingness to working towards a common goal. In addition, you have a hands-on personality with the ability to manage and execute on several levels of the organization and you process excellent and proven communication skills.
You must have a history of demonstrated experience in managing communication, business change management and training setups. Additionally, you have experience in all types of change management, communication and training, and can ensure adoption of approach, tools and mindset on all levels in the organization. It is a strong advantage if you have experience with implementation of large, international IT or technology projects.
It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
