You act as our Guiding Star within Customer Quality and teach the organization how to excel in this discipline. Your ability to be hands-on with the daily tasks and execute projects on time and on budget simultaneously makes you a preferred partner internally as well as externally.
You communicate the Voice of the Customer to internal stakeholders.
About the department
We’re a team of five passionate Quality Assurance experts and four Quality Technicians with diverse backgrounds.
The quality department is based in Skanderborg. It’s a company-wide department with the QA responsibility for everything from R&D, sales to production and suppliers. We’re running one department, with each member having his or her own area of expertise and responsibility.
The department has been through a big transformation and we are therefore focusing on internal training and teamwork.
About the job
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for handling all Customer related Quality activities and securing the learning loop.
By using your personality and professionalism you’ll make a constant push for securing the feedback internally and externally involving all stakeholders. You support the culture by using well-tested tools for learning - e.g. 8D, fishbone and 5W2H.
You’ll be the central point of contact for our internal Customer Support and ensure that they are always kept up to date on progress in claims. You include your Quality colleagues, the Development department or other stakeholder when relevant.
You will develop and actively monitor the Customer Quality by using KPIs, statistics and Customer input.
About you
You hold an engineering, science, or other relevant academic degree and have a strong quality mindset. You could be newly qualified or with a couple of years’ working experience. Experience within design, test, or Quality Assurance of mechanical and electronic devices is an advantage, as is experience from other regulated industries e.g. pharmaceutical, automotive, or oil/gas.
You have an open personality and know that your results depend on getting others to buy in to your ideas and processes. To be a success you have the initiative and persistence to maintain your principles while also acknowledging that change takes time and a coaching approach works better than giving orders.
Even though Quality is of the essence, you understand that project plans need to be followed, and you can prioritize actions based on Quality, delivery and full cost.
Lastly, you know that nothing is perfect - but you want to strive to make Dynaudio a little bit better every day.
